Shipping & Returns

US Shipping

Due to the high demand of orders please allow 7-10 business days to fulfill and ship your order. We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays so please be patient with our warehouse since we have a very limited staff.

Please send your order to a safe location to ensure you receive it.

Expect delivery within 2-4 days of shipping to most locations however that can vary due to weather.  We do not ship on any USPS holidays.

Stolen or Missing packages:
With Priority Mail Shipping USPS only provides insurance on packages that are mis-delivered, damaged or lost. 

If the item was delivered to the address you provided but you never received it because it was stolen The Oblong Box Shop is not responsible for replacing that item.

Each item has a tracking number so that we can track if and when a package is delivered. If the tracking number shows the item was delivered to the address on the order the Oblong Box Shop does not claim responsibility after that point. If you have issues with items being stolen please provide a safe address to deliver your package to.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

TOBS ships Priority USPS Mail or UPS Ground overseas - I will provide you with a tracking #.
This number only tracks your item in the US. Once it leaves the US I am not able to track your shipment.
The Oblong Box Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages for International Shipping.

At this time we are not shipping to the UK because of VAT duties. 

Please allow 10-40 business days for arrival.

The Oblong Box Shop is not responsible for customs fees that are assessed in your country or if the items get stuck in customs.

Payment

Apple Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay & all major credit cards.

You must input all the correct information for your credit card - the CVV code must match your card or the transaction will be declined.
Your billing zip code must match your credit card zip code otherwise the transaction will be declined.
This is to protect my customers and my shop from fraudulent transactions.

Returns

RETURN PORTAL LINK

Retail merchandise that is not part of a sale/clearance can be exchanged within 30 days of your order receipt date. TOBS only offers store credit on returns. No refunds unless the item is damaged. 

All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. If you send back a “final sale” item, you will not receive a refund, exchange or store credit. Unauthorized returns will be refused  and sent back to you. 

All items must be returned with tags on and in original, unworn condition.

Please allow 5-7 days to process your return.

Please read the item description and size charts. If you have a question on an item please email me prior to purchase to ensure a perfect fit. 

The Oblong Box Shop will pay for shipping if there was an error on the order otherwise the customer pays for shipping back to The Oblong Box Shop.

At this time I do not refund shipping charges with any returns or exchanges.

YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

Exchanges

You can exchange any item on my site for another size or color.

Please send back your exchange with a copy of your receipt, to the address on the receipt and what you would like in exchange, if I have it in stock I will send it back out to you free of charge. However I do not offer free shipping when you send your item to me. And this is only good for 1 exchange per order. After that you have to pay for the shipping both ways.
