This fabulously spooky sailor babe dress features gothic nautical vibes and a playful skater style, made with a stretchy jersey knit fabric. It's adorned with an oversized sailor collar, embroidered skull and crossbones neck tie, and contrasting white trim. Plus, it comes with a striped buckle belt for the finishing touch!
