Featuring soft and stretchy poly crepe fabric with elastic peasant top style neckline, that can be worn up or off the shoulders. Sleeves are 3/4" length with a stunning balloon style for a dramatic look. With satin keyhole tie on the top and a satin waist tie to elevate this look. And of course pockets! Elastic waist for ultimate stretch and comfort.
