Your item needs to be in the same condition you got it—unworn, unused, tags still hangin’ on, and packed up just like it came.

Just shoot us an email and once we give the thumbs-up, send your item back to the address we provide. As soon as it lands in our hands, we’ll either send your new pick or hook you up with store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping info
We ship by UPS or USPS, based on where you're at. It takes around 5 business days to pack and send your goodies, we're a tiny team here! For international orders, be ready to wait up to a month for your package.
